These Terms of Service govern your use of the TECHINRI AGENCY website and the services provided by TECHINRI AGENCY, a division of TECHINRI LLC.
By using this website, submitting a quote request, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.
TECHINRI AGENCY provides services that may include website design, ecommerce development, photography, graphic design, branding, printing, screen printing, artificial intelligence and automation solutions, and administrative business formation assistance.
The specific deliverables, project scope, price, payment schedule, revision limits, and estimated completion date will be agreed upon separately in writing for each project.
Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not create a binding service agreement.
A project begins only after TECHINRI AGENCY accepts the project and the client agrees to the project scope, price, payment terms, and any required deposit.
Quotes may change if the client changes the project scope, requirements, deliverables, or timeline.
Payment requirements are established separately for each project.
TECHINRI AGENCY may require a deposit before work begins and full payment before final deliverables, source files, website access, printed materials, or other completed work are released.
Deposits, government fees, software fees, domain fees, hosting charges, printing expenses, and other third-party costs may be nonrefundable once work has started or a third-party payment has been made.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, content, photographs, logos, account access, approvals, and other materials required to complete the project.
Clients must have the legal right to use any content or materials they provide.
Clients are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, dates, prices, contact information, designs, and other project details before final approval, publication, printing, or submission.
After full payment, the client receives the ownership or usage rights described in the applicable project agreement for the final approved custom deliverables.
Preexisting materials, working files, templates, software, code libraries, fonts, stock images, third-party assets, licensed materials, and internal production tools remain subject to their original ownership and licensing terms.
Source files and editable working files are included only when specifically stated in writing.
TECHINRI AGENCY may display nonconfidential completed work in its website, portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Business and LLC formation services are limited to administrative assistance and document preparation support.
TECHINRI AGENCY is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax preparation company, financial advisory company, or government agency. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, immigration, or financial advice.
Clients are responsible for their business structure, tax elections, legal decisions, regulatory compliance, licenses, reports, renewals, and ongoing obligations.
Projects may involve third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, Shopify, WordPress, social media platforms, payment processors, printing companies, software providers, or government agencies.
TECHINRI AGENCY does not control and cannot guarantee the availability, pricing, approval decisions, processing times, policies, security, or performance of third-party services.
TECHINRI AGENCY will perform its services with reasonable professional care.
However, we do not guarantee specific revenue, sales, customer growth, website traffic, search engine rankings, social media performance, government approval, business approval, financing, or other specific results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TECHINRI AGENCY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the total liability of TECHINRI AGENCY will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
We may update these Terms when our services, operations, or legal obligations change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.
